Well well long long long time no blogs ,hmmm srry was very preoccupied with some wonderful changes in ma personal life that have kept me away from bloggin all dese days .hmm so wat brings me back to blogging well its nuthin more than simple joblessness in an IT shop tht drives me here and brings out this from me.
Now that i have all the time in world i am here to blog about one of ma fav topics that keeps runnin in ma mind for the past 6 yrs . It is about the word "STRAIGHT" this dumb word has been teasin me , amusing me and questioning me since all dese years and still i dnt have an answer for it .PLease please dont take me in a wrong sense though its not at all got to do with any recent legal amendment that has been passed or dealing with any ones sexuality.. I have always been confused about this word and its meanin so here i am pennin down rather typin down few observations and opinions i have to offer hope u guys find it usefull .........................
Well the other day i jus bumped into the idiot box after a long long time and there was this television show comin on "SACH KA SAMNA " and few mins into it i knew wat to expect.Then few days later i see a huge hue and cry being made about the show .Then ma age old dormant thoughts were woken up and i started to think again ......
I have always believed that "No one is perfect and nothing is straight" . To prove myself wrong i have always been tryin to find the perfectly straight creation of nature or put it in another way anythin thats perfectly straight naturally . I want it to be straight 100% straight . I have tried and tried but have never met with any sort of positive result. I have never come across anythin that is naturally "straight " infact not even a single thin came close to being straight .
Hmmmmmm There is ma biggest question . Why are we so obsessed with something that is not even a natural phenomenon ??????????? Why did we ever create a benchmark for somethin that does not occur naturally or that cannot be achieved in a natural process why ?????????? Why is the human race always obsessed with straightness and perfection when the nature itself is not why ????????????????
We always want straight forward and perfect people in our life . We want our friends , family and partners to be "straight " or perfect in their nature. WHY WHY WHY is ma question when no one ever can or ever has been straight. To err is human feelings and emotions that we experience dont have a sense of judgement of wat is right and wats wrong . Hence they never fall in the category or either right or wrong . So why do we make such a big hue and cry wen someone expresses his/her true feelings or emotions ??? Is it jus because they have just expressed those feelings or they have experienced them ??????
Now coming to the point of the reality show . Well wat it does is tries to find the darkest spot in our heart . Why should one have a problem with anyones feelings or emotions ????? why ? Feelings and emotions are one aspect and actions and reactions are another aspect . We are responsible only for our actions and not our feelings and emotions if people say that feelings are the true determiners of action or they decide the actions performed then i have no problem in sayin that i should have been roger federer by now seriously am not jokin .We are movin so fast in life that the thin barrier existin between feelings and actions is often so skewed up that people always tend to end up on the wrong side of the judgement.
Everyone is unique & everyone has feelings but to question and find one guilty for having experienced emotions or feelings is absolutely baseless. We have been developing so far and fast but have not been able to truly understand each others feelings that is why we have not able to replicate feelings in robots or capture emotions in a code because they donot have judgement and the binary code of 0's and 1's cannot be applied.
Each individual has a level of skewness and that is what makes them special not the level of perfection that sets them apart . Accepting people with their qualities makes the realtion all the more special rather than finding out the reason for feelings .Hence friends i request you all to stop understanding emotions and thereby misunderstanding people and then standing alone in this MAD WORLD.
Enjoy life with a level of skewness . That moment of madness makes life all the more special . Stop correcting yourself and start enjoying your emotions . Express experience and expect skewness from this world thats what makes it special . Perfection is not for a person , relation or quality it is jus for the sheer experience and nuthin else . Hence take care and take yourself away from the unwanted shackles of life then u tend to grow faster better and straighter cheers to life and all d best

"JUST FOR HIS 7% PROFIT"???????????????
Well wen i started this blog i never ever wanted to write about current affairs.Let it be terror strikes or politics or anything current affairs was not ma cuppa tea.But today as soon as i woke up i heard d news about Ramalinga Raju's confessions and den fr may be a couple of hours i was deep in thought about the Australia vs S.A series but in d Evenin wen i contemplated on dis issue and googled about some facts i did conclude some points and there is a disclaimer dat views here are purely personal and conclusions drawn by me are only for me and i am bloggin dem because to jus express ma views and not to create any sort of controversy .
(If any one wants to take legal action against me den all cases will dealt wid the the honourable court of justice zimbabwe and do meet me dere i am waitin wid ma lawyers (PUN INTENDED) )
For starters Ramalinga Raju has been d only corporate face of hyderabad for many years and later many have come up.But still he remains the face of satyam for all dese years and still all he has is only 7% stake in the company and i am not sayin dats his fault or something but just to tell evry one that mathematically raju has returns of only7% from satyams profit dat still going by the stake holders in the company is still very less. The major stake holders in the company are there in America who hold almost 70% and are not even according to them responsible for even 1% of blame taken by Mr.raju . Well fine here i come to my first conclusion that Mr.raju is an overenthusiatic investment banker who wanted his company to do very well so that he can get 7% of the pie .Well within 2 mins the argument falls flat as he is worth few billion himself and dese profits do mean a little to him as his sons company is enough for a man who has worked hard for a generation so there is one clear point he was not greedy for money as he had as the sayin goes "JUST 7%".
Then i start ma second line of thought "WHAT WAS HIS CRIME" facts presented to us byt the media and Mr.raju himself make it very clear that he injected "INVISIBLE MONEY " into satyam's balance sheets.Well den the next question to ma mind is why? and the reason is also given so that satyam has a green patch in the market and it bag more deals and contracts and in turn grow into a better company and make more profits and earn a good reputation(i make it clear a fraud is fraud and i am not supportin the above action).Umm ok a bad action but for a good result and what does Mr.raju get for this "JUST 7%"??????????????.Here i start getting suspicious and read Mr. rajus statments carefully and dere is one line which he says "has been going on for years"..ummm y?y?y?y?y?y?"JUST 7%"??????....i find myself after this answer ma self in a very confusing and perplxed position and was not able to move any further..
Then i start to take a note of all events that happened and it started wid the maytas deal.
fine so how much was the maytas deal worth well 7000crs right and this figure seems all to familiar isnt it well yup the scam is worth 7000crs that Mr.raju has committed..well well wowowowwow how so very accurate dat this could happen and this is not a mere coincidence is it?Very clearly no how can it be so well satyam was runnin invisible money worth 7kcrs and accrding to me Mr.raju wanted it to take over maytas so that the transaction could virtually convert satyam's "INVISIBLE MONEY " into solid assests well and maytas was not a loser here it also was goin to profit from this deal and also satyam would also get not 7kcrs but 14kcrs relatively with dis deal and now i would ask some of you was this all done for "JUST FOR HIS 7% PROFIT"??????????????? He bloates the companys reserves so that the company can prosper and he den staked his sons company so that his company could do well i am not sayin he sacrificed his sons dreams but still he wanted satyam as a companyto grow and make profit by stakin his fame and name for his company's sake ................."JUST FOR HIS 7% PROFIT"???????????????.......Well here the topic takes another turn and this is the time for one more paragraph
To begin with satyam is mr.rajus baby and i dont think such an intellectual will kill his baby for his fame or name or his reputation or for his fuckin 7%profit all he did which is obviously wrong was for his company's sake and for his baby to do more and grow more and i dont think that anyone wud deny about dat fact....It is not the fault of mr.raju or anything else it is the basic fault of we INDIANS .From the very beginning we are made to earn for others and so work here so that foreign people can earn profits it has been comin from centuries and we cant do anything about it and even today watever mr.raju got out of this whole deal was nuthin but 7% and not only him 20% indians work here or overseas just to make profits for "others" and dey get all the profits and accolades of materialistic kind and we get the name and also all the blame and today i would strongly ask the govt.concerned to look into the matter if a person of 7% stake has committed such a crime den do people wid higher satke have no hand in it ???The answer will be a straight NO because the ZAMINDARS of corporate world stayin oceans apart from us dnt get d blame but only the money because it has happened before during fuedal raj and more recentl in HARSHAD MEHTA'S case that all we indians do is to earn money for others and in the process if we are bending the rules and are caught den we are the black asses of india other wise we are the FACE OF INDIA.
Mr.mehta was invloved in a very major scam and he was the most hated figure of india in those days and wat he did was wrong and again he was not earnin profits only for himself but for every one and he is solely responsible for one of the best bull runs in our stock market history and he is now facing wat evry one calls LAW OF LAND.well he is the main culprit agreed den do people who have gained or made profits from deeds done by people (raju and mehta) also not responsible for the same???????? well a crime is crime and it should be punished and i say punish evry one who has benifitted from the crime and not only people who get just 7%...... there is politics and corruption involved in evry step of corporate india pyramid and i am not blaming the system or abusing it i am just sayin beacuse of one misdeed of the person i say dont brand him as "VILLIAN"because all that they were doin was for their babies to grow and nuthin more and i can surely tell u because of wat Mr.raju has done in the past by creatin satyam his leagacy of job creation will go down for generations to come but some where down the history line his name will be lost in anynomity beacause of this one misdeed and all i do is appeal to everyone not to swear or abuse him for this because he has given many thousands of people a lot to cheer about and yes few tears will roll down because of his actions but still for all the good he has done just dont tarnish his name he has done enuf to be remebered a life time and let him be given wat he deserves........this is an unbiased and honest appeal to every one.........
